2008 Beginnings
A small reminder of where we were
It's a busy time of year for gardeners. We all want to get into the dirt with our early crops, have water ready, and generally get things done as quickly as possible. It's only May and already it seems like we're behind. It's times like these when a little perspective is in order.
Last year at this time, the gardens were little more than patches of dirt, grass scraped clean by large tractors. I took the following pictures on May 19th. So, if you're feeling a little behind or if you think things ought to be moving faster, remember last year.
